Wae Rebo Ecology Trip 4 Days / 3 Nights

Waerebo is a unique and distinctive village in Manggarai, West Flores which is located 1,100 above sea level. Its uniqueness, first and foremost, is a traditional traditional house that has an architectural value filled with the philosophy of life. In addition, the strong customs and emotional relationships between humans and nature also provide value for this traditional village.

Here is your travel detail :

Day 01: Komodo Airport - Cancar - Kampung Denge

 


Arriving at the Airport, you will be picked up by the Flores Today Tour team, then go to Denge Village. The journey to Denge village will take about 6 hours. Of course this is a very tiring journey. However, we will keep you comfortable and happy on the journey because throughout the journey our guide will tell you the ins and outs of every place you go and in places such as Puar Lolo and Lembor Rice Fields. We will continue to Cancar, take a break just to breathe fresh air, enjoy the natural scenery, spider web rice field, take pictures of fun, enjoy lunch and drink coffee at coffee shops on the edge of the road Flores.


After lunch, we will continue our journey to Denge village. Denge Village is the starting point for climbing to Wae Rebo village. We dine at Denge with traditional nuances from the locals and will overnight in the homes of specially rented residents for tourists.

Day 02: Kampung Denge - Wae Rebo


After breakfast around 6:00 - 6:30 am, the journey will continue with trekking to Wae Rebo for 3-4 hours. Because of its location in the mountains, Wae Rebo is a unique village and called the Country Above the Cloud "Village on the Sky". After arriving at Wae Rebo village, we will be welcomed by the Elder of the village and we will continue with lunch that has been prepared by local residents. After lunch, you are free to choose to rest or speak with local residents or watching around the uniqueness of traditional houses of the village. Then take dinner and overnight in traditional houses.

Day 03: Wae Rebo - Denge - Melo - Labuan Bajo



After enjoying the scenery, taking pictures and enjoying breakfast, the trip back down to Denge village around 07:00 AM, and from Denge continue the trip to Labuan Bajo. But on the way we will stop at Melo to see the process of making Sopi, traditional drinks of Manggarai. Once satisfied the journey continues to Labuan Bajo and immediately check in hotel.

Day 04: Labuan Bajo - Komodo Airport


After breakfast and settle check out at the hotel, before leaving Labuan Bajo, we will take you to Batu Cermin cave, a natural cave that has a mirror in it. Approximately 1 hour you will be walking around in the cave, then we will lead you to locations of typical Labuan Bajo souvenirs, and continue go to the Airport, and your tour is completed. Sure you have had a wonderful trip.
